SCHEDULE

We have two types of sessions: Class and Open Gym.

Class Session: During most of our classes our gym is closed to free-training in order to create the best learning environment possible for our students. In order to attend a class you can register at this link, or send us an email at katanaparkourgym@gmail.com.

Open Gym Session: During our Open Gym Sessions there is usually not an organized class, but an opportunity to train freely and explore without the constraints of a class. There is always a coach present during Open Gym to help if you would like some assistance. We require that any child under 12 years old have an participating parent with them in order to maintain safety in our hall. All ages are welcome to open gym as long as they have a participating parent with them.
