OUR RULES

  • Train within your comfort zone, don’t take unnecessary risks.

  • No outdoor shoes in our hall.

  • No Food or gum in the hall and please keep drinks at the entrance.

  • No shoes or jewellery on the Trampoline or in the foam Pit.

  • One Person at a time on the trampoline or in the foam Pit.

  • No children in the weight-lifting gym.

  • Lift all the blocks and mats to move them. Do not Drag them.

  • Please make sure that the large mats are not folded or bent.

  • Do not go head first or belly first into the foam pit. 

  • Listen to the trainer who is in charge of the hall.

  • No playing tag during Open Gym unless everyone in the hall is participating in the game.

  • Keep the purple floor clear. If you are finished using a block or a mat, please put it back to keep the floor open. 

  • Kids under 12 years old must have a responsible adult in the hall with them.

What should I bring?

  • Comfortable work out clothes

  • Bare feet or clean, indoor-only rubber bottom running shoes

  • Water bottle with a closable lid

  • A lock to put away your stuff in our lockers (No backpacks or bags in our gym)

  • A sense of adventure
