OUR RULES

In order to keep everyone safe and happy at our facility we have very specific and important rules that must be followed at all times.  Katana Parkour is a place of learning and training, not a playground.  Please train safely and sustainably.

1. Absolutely no outdoor shoes are allowed at our gym.  If you wore them outside, you cannot wear them here.  Clean indoor-only gym shoes or bare feet are permitted.  

 2. No shoes on the trampoline, foam pit. 

 

3. One jumper at a time on the trampoline.

 

4. No loose jewelry on the trampoline.  (Loose earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.)

 

5. No street clothes with zippers or buttons on the trampoline.  

 

6. One person at a time in the foam pit.

 

7. No head first into the foam pit.

 

8. Do not drag our blocks and pads. Ask a friend or a coach to help you pick them up and carry them if you want to move them.  

 

9. Use progression when pushing your limits. Start simple and work your way forward slowly to avoid injuries.

 

10. No food permitted in our gym.  Water bottles with a lid are allowed.  

 

11. No bottle flips. 

 

12. No bags or backpacks in our gym.  Bring a lock and use our lockers please.

 

13. No snus or gum.  Choking Hazard.

14. Keep your shirt on. In the interest of maintaining a clean and sanitary gym we ask that you please leave the shirt on.

 

You can and will be dismissed from the gym without a refund for violating any of these rules.

What should I bring?

  • Comfortable work out clothes

  • Bare feet or clean, indoor-only rubber bottom running shoes

  • Water bottle with a closable lid

  • A lock to put away your stuff in our lockers (No backpacks or bags in our gym)

  • A sense of adventure
