ADULT TRAINING GROUPS

All of our adult training groups are welcoming to all levels of skill and athleticism. Our goal is to ensure that you are having fun and getting stronger at the same time.

Current Schedule:

  • Mondays (19:15-20:15) Intro to Acrobatics - Focus on the fundamentals of acrobatics, flips and tricking in an instructor-led environment.

  • Tuesdays (11:00-12:00) Parkour Lunch Training - Focus on the fundamentals of parkour movement and mobility in an instructor-led environment.

  • Wednesdays (19:30-21:00) Back to Basics - Basic strength training, together with others for support and funsies. Bring your rehab or strength program, or get advice from the coach.

  • Thursdays (19:15-21:00) Intro to Parkour - Focus on the fundamentals of parkour movement and mobility in an instructor-led environment.

  • Sundays (17:30-19:00) Strength and Conditioning - Ninja Warrior-style training with an obstacle course in an instructor-led environment.
