ADULT TRAINING GROUPS

All of our adult training groups are welcoming to all levels of skill and athleticism. Our goal is to ensure that you are having fun and getting stronger at the same time.

Current Schedule:

  • Mondays (19:15-20:15) Intro to Acrobatics - Work on the training the fundamentals of acrobatics, flips and tricking in an instructor-led environment.

  • Tuesdays (11:00-12:00) Parkour Lunch Training - Focus on the fundamentals of parkour movement and mobility in an instructor-led environment.

  • Tuesdays (19:30-21:00) Strength and Conditioning - Ninja Warrior-style training with an obstacle course in an instructor-led environment.

  • Thursdays (19:30-21:00) Intro to Parkour - Focus on the fundamentals of parkour movement and mobility in an instructor-led environment.

  • Saturday (17:00-18:00) Yoga Training - Focus on increasing mobility and strength through an instructor-led yoga session.
