 Our course sessions are divided into four separate terms per school year, plus one term over the summer.

During our structured class time our gym is usually closed to open training. This means that the coaches and the students have a distraction-free environment where learning and coaching is focused and of the highest quality.  

We welcome all skill levels in our classes, and adapt the session to make sure that everyone is challenged, progressing and most importantly - having fun together!

If you want to test your skills / work towards specific goals we offer Band Tests. Ask your coach if you would like to learn more about these! You can also check out this video for a preview.

We offer the option to register for a single class (as long as there are available spaces) or for a longer term. Please write us at least a week in advance if you would like to attend as a drop in client so that we can be sure to schedule the appropriate amount of coaches. If you register for a term after it has already begun your price will be prorated when you visit our facility.
